AIR RANCH, OKOTOKS 

Okotoks Air Ranch is a very unique and exclusive area, nestled in the north-east corner of Okotoks. Air Ranch Homes have generous sized lots, adding to the feeling of space and privacy.

At the heart of Air Ranch is a private, yet fully certified, Airport. The 3,100 foot runway is set amongst green space that runs through the community.  Air Ranch really is a pilot’s dream. Some of the homes have great views of Crystalridge Golf Course, green space or the Rocky Mountains.

There are over 100 homes in the original phases of Okotoks Air Ranch (West of the airstrip).  There is a mix of high to very high end single family detached homes and also attached villas.  Building in Air Ranch began around 2001 and is now near completion (1-2 lots left at most).

Ranchers Rise is the newest phase in Air Ranch (East of the airstrip).  Building began around 2007 and is still under construction.
